Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our appointment schedule that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call us on the number above as soon as you know you will not be able to keep your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least one full business day in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
CANCELLATION POLICY MEDICAL AND DENTAL:
It is crucial that you notify Parramatta Medical and Dental Centre of your cancellation, at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time, to avoid a cancellation fee.
Parramatta Medical and Dental centre is a mixed billing practice and full payment of fees is required on the day of your consultation. We accept payment for our fees via cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Credit Card and Amex.
We offer bulk billing services to aged pensioners, Health Care Card holders, children aged 18 and under, and to DVA Gold card holders.
1st time you fail to attend an appointment – no charge
2nd time you fail to attend an appointment – $20.00
3rd time you fail to attend an appointment – $40.00
NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE GIVEN.

Short Notice Cancellation / Failure to Attend / Late Arrivals Policy
Our goal is to provide quality medical and dental care to all our patients in a timely manner. Short notice cancellations, failure to attends (FTAs) and late arrivals inconvenience not only other patients but our practitioners as well. Please be aware of our following policy:
A short notice cancellation is any cancellation made with less than one full business day’s notice before the appointment time. A failure to attend (FTA) is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge you the appointment fee.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
